Shipping and Delivery

1. We ship to over 200 countries and regions worldwide.

2. Total receiving time = Order confirmation time + Tailoring time + Shipping time

Order confirmation time: 1-2 working days
Tailoring time: 10 to 14 working days for Rush Order, 15 to 20 working days for Normal Order
Shipping time: around 3-8 working days to most countries

The tailoring time depands on the dress styles and handworks. If your event date is very close, please leave a message of your wearing date in "NOTES" when placing order.
Please contact us to pay Extra US$20 for Rush Order Cost if you would like to expedite your order.

3. Shipping Cost
We have cooperated with some reputable shipping companies for many years. We have very competitable shipping price from them. We ship items usually by UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT and so on.
The shipping cost is depending on the country of destination and chargeable weight of the items. You could estimate your delivery cost in shopping cart before checkout.

4. Tracking Order
We will send the tracking number and tracking website to you by email after the items were shipped out.
