Q. How can I order a Custom Made Dress?
A. 1.Please provide your custom color refer to our color chart.
2. Please provide your custom measurements details including Bust, Waist, Hips and Hollow to Hem. Please also provide your measurements of Shoulders, Arm Hole, Bicep, Upper Arm Length, Arm Length and Wrist if the dress has sleeves. Please refer to our measuring guide in product page about how to measure. If any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team servicevourg@gmail.com. We will reply you within 12 hours.
Q. Is there any extra cost for Custom Made service?
A. There is no extra cost. Please just feel free to choose custom measurements if the standard size doesn’t fit.
Q. When will I receive my dress if I order it today?
A. All of our dresses are made to order. The order processing time = Order confirmation (1-2 days) + Tailoring time (around 10 to 14 working days for Rush Order, 15 to 20 working days for Normal Order) + Shipping time (around 3-8 days to most countries)
Q. Can I place a rush order?
A. Sure, you can. If your event date is very close, please contact our customer service team servicevourg@gmail.com to check if we could catch it.
Q. Where can you ship to?
A. We ship to over 200 countries and regions worldwide. Please input your detailed address, which will help us to ship your dress to you correctly and timely.
Q. Can you custom made a dress which doesn’t list in your product list?
A. Yes, we can. Please just contact our customer service and provide your favorite dress pictures.
Q. Can I get a discount if I would like to order more than one dress?
A. Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service to get a Coupon Code.
Q. What kind of guarantee do you offer on your products?
A. We check each item carefully before shipping out to ensure the high quality and never on purpose send out damaged or faulty goods.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. 1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 95% refund.
2. Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3. If the fabric has been cut or orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund of the full shipping cost.
4. For all orders: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
